Well for some reason my computer has started freezing. It does it all the time, sometimes even when im using it. The only way to fix the problem is to hit the restart button on the machine itself.
Ive got a windows XP prof., 80gig HD, beleive we are on AMD but could be wrong here, connected to net through broadband ethernet etc.
    Can anyone suggest a problem?
It has only started doing it over the last week or so, and it just freezes and leaving it to see if it fixes itself doesnt do anything. The mouse doesnt move, and the keyboard is unresponsive. The screen is just fixed on what ever was last happening.
    Thanks

check inside of the case to see how dusty it is as might be a heat problem. check the can shaped objects on the motherboard as they are capacitors. see if flat topped not domed.
