Help with hardware or motherboard problem

    I've got two PC that have had a power supply go bad on them. Now both PCs will turn on and everything works but the video on both, Now I've tried troubleshooting both by swapping video cards and plugging in the motherboard video on both and removing the other video cards but nothing seems to be working the only thing i can think of is the motherboard on both had a power surge and fried them. One's a Compaq 54020wm with ATI Radeon 9250AGP video and the other is a home built with gigabyte motherboard please any help would be great these are work computer for me and i need them back running asap thanks

    Do you get as far as the POST screen or you can't get anything to show up on the screen at all?

    it shows no video at all nothing it doesn't even turn the moniter on
