Help with Lip Sync

    Hi Everyone,my first post.
    I once had some AVI Encoding software that gave you the chance to `Force Lip sync`as an option.
    During formatting some time ago I lost it and to make matters worse,I can`t remember the name of it,I do know that it was a popular one.
    My question is,does anyone know of a Software that gives you this option ??

    virtualdub has the option to "offset" the audio, to compensate
    for the synchronization. Give it a try.
