Help With Motherboard please :P

    I am looking to build my own PC. Ok I have everything chosen until now but I have a question about MotherBoards. Is there a difference in performance between the Micro ATX and ATX motherboards?And if so what is the differences other than it is smaller?

    no speed difference but less slots on micro atx boards.
