Help with MP3 player.Firmware problem.

    I have a nomad jukebox Zen NX and everytime i turn it on it says firmware problem on the screen.I have been tryed the reset button and it doesnt work.I cant even install new firmware because i cant connect it to my PC.I have also tryed to accsess the maitenence menu but it wont come up.HELP!
