Hi there... about a month ago I moved and my Ipod sat in a box for 2 weeks... now it's not working. First the screen said "Battery very low" when I tried hooking it up to my computer, so I bought a plug in charger for it and now all the screen says is "Charged" -- it's acting like it's frozen. Every now and then it will go to the main screen but I can't select anything and or scroll to select anything. Is my battery dead? what do i do?

    thank you for any help

well if you haven't don't so yet, make sure all your songs are in itunes because the step im gonna recommend will reformat and reinstall everything on your ipod, first hook it up to your computer, with itunes running, when it appear in itunes, check for updates, it is recommended to run the lates firmware on the ipod, if there's no updates, then select restore, this will reformat the ipod hard drive, this will take awhile, if you have allot of songs and videos. this will fix allot of issues, Good Luck
