When I purchased this burner-instructions say it will burn 16+/- disks at 16. Nero tells me it will burn -16 at 16 but +16 only at 12. Will a firmware upgrade (from 1.04 to 1.05) allow +16 to burn at 16? Please advise...............
I have this specific drive. While I do not burn at 16x I am sure that you can find out lots of info at this link for the nec drives: http://club.cdfreaks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=86 I personally use liggy and dees firmware 1y5 region free. It's been great.
