Your Nero is a few versions behind, update from here http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

Firmware also a few versions behind, update from here http://lgodd.lge.com/fwdrv/DVD-WRITER/GSA4163A106.exe

I would consider adding a further 256meg RAM as the minimum recommended is 512 meg, dont multitask and turn off all unnecessary programs including spyware.

This is way too fast, slow to 4X

    Hello Angie.

You can delete from these lines up because we don't need it. Also could you edit out your serial please? It's the number above that starts with 1a***...

Ok. Let's start. You should update your firmware, it will give your burner better media compatibility among other stuff, the latest version is A106. You can download it from here:

    http://lgodd.lge.com/fwdrv/DVD-WRITER/GSA4163A106.exe

Your RAM memory is a bit low, it's not impossible to burn like that but you'll be more open to errors. We normally recommend to have at least 512Mb for this DVD burning hobby, but you can get by with 256Mb, just make sure you close everything working in the background. That includes the net connection and anti-virus software.
You're burning a bit too fast. I would recommend burning not faster than 4x until you're fully confident that you'll have no errors. The trick most users do is to burn at half the mentioned speed in the disc. (i.e. a 16x DVD-R burn @ 8x)

It seems like you have an SCSI error. But you have burnt DVD's before. I would recommend to apply these 'changes' for now, then do a simulated burn, (i believe you saved the project) and post the log back.
