help with nero 7.0

    I could use some help im useing nero 7.0 and it keeps frezzeing on me ever time during Transcoding it does not matter what type of file or what file im burning

    You may need to up date Nero to the latest version - the latest for 7 is
    7.0.8.2. You can check which version you have in smart start. You can find this on the bottom right corner of smart start - product center - will list your version.
    What type of files are you doing? Which part of nero are you using?

    Well, Nero questions need to be asked in the Nero section, but we'll let the mods sort that out.

    Hopefully you're using Recode 2. A number of things can happen, so it would be helpful to tell us if there are any error codes and supply us with a log if possible. Also, does your PC have the capacity to backup movie files?

    @mikeo1313, Some versions of Nero7 contained bugs and caused untold errors.
    Not knowing which particular version of Nero you are using I cannot offer any other advice than to uminstall your version, run this clean tool to remove all remaining traces

    and then install the latest version of Nero7 from here

    If that fails to fix your problem then get back to us and we'll take a look at your Nero log, Good luck.

    let's have LAST section of your Nero log which lives in C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Core\NeroHistory but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '5C' or similar.

    You can differentiate sections via this section divider "====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======"
