I downloaded the full Nero Ultra 7 from Utorrent and it was in a Bin/Cue format. They said to download the trial version from nero.com and use it to burn the files to two cds and then load the full version from there. my problem is that the torrent says the bin/cue is an image file but they are set to open with VLC media player automatically on my computer for some reason. How do I get them to run as an actual program file and which burning option in nero do i use? ISO image? boot cd? dvd? do i need to convert these files to something? I have been trying for a month to burn dvds and had no luck. THANKS

@satfurd7, Do you know which version of Nero7 you are using, go to StartSmart, info tools, and it will give you the version. If you are using 4.0.3.2 or 7.2.3.2 then you have a "buggy" version and you will have to uninstall, run this clean tool,http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this more stable version

http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845 and then follow guide supplied by Matt72.

    Hi,

Ok after re-reading this again are you stating you 'downloaded' a version of nero via torrents?

Yes. I downloaded a supposedly full version of nero from a torrent but it was in a bin/cue format and they said to download the trial version to durn it to disc then install from there.

gwendolin.--- I cleaned the files and I'm starting to download the new nero from the link you gave me. This file is 103MB. Is this another trial version or is this the full version? I dont remember the trial version from nero being this big. THANKS!!!!

It will only become a "Full" version after you insert your serial number.

The only way you can legitametly obtain a serial number is to purchase one. You can however download a demo version of Nero from their web site for a 30 day trial.
