Help with Pc messages and freezing

I have been helped quite a few times this is the first time a moderator ddp said I was posting in the wrong place closed my post after he sent me to another section and then said I was posting 2 times.
Is there some one that can please give me advise
I am very fustrated and If someone would help me and not close my post like ddp. I would gladly appreciate it

Umm... if you just look down in this forum about 10 threads, you will see your original post which was moved from the wrong forum to here... which is the correct forum. Since you already have a topic on that subject ( the original post ), this again is a multipost and will most likely get closed as will any other topics you start on the subject. Your original thread is where you should seek your answer.
