help with PCSXBOX

    i have all 3 disc of FF7 on in bin & cue on the harddrive.
    been playing the 1st disc fine, got to Cosmo Canyon. Till today, when i try to play it, it freezes when he tries to load into the game (before the "Sony Computer Entertainment America" screen comes up)

    so i tried loading the 2nd and 3rd disc, and they both work fine.
    i also tried delete 1st disc's bin & cue and put in a fresh copy, but having the same problem.

    anyone know what i can do to get this game working again?
    any help would be appreciated
