Help with PS1 on PSP Screen Size

I know evrything about how to put ps1 on psp etc, but theres one little problem,

On all the ps1 games i play with psp, its not a full screen, i set the mode to full screen and evrythings perfect, except the picture moves off about 1-2 inches from the top leaving a black space at the top,

I try to fix the 'screen fix mode' in pops but still no difference,
Any help?

 

That's just the way it is. I don't think there can be any solution to it.

I hope it gets fixed soon, its really bugging me

 

I personally find the small screen ok to play with.
