I just got a new laser and installed it. It plays great. However when I put the Swap Magic 3.6 disc in it will not read it and give a disc read error. Then sometimes it will read it but it will take 10 minutes for it to load and even longer to load the back-up game. Then the game is sluggish. Most time 9 out 10 tries it will give DRE. I put a back-up DVD movie in and it plays well. Any suggestions?? I also tried the Swap magic version before the 3.6 and it too will not boot. Any helpw ill great!!!
