Help with RLT files

    Hi.

    I'm a complete and utter newbie at this whole <ahem> backing up of data. I downloaded a bunch of files going by the name of
    rlt-p2.001 thru till .006
    then one called
    rlt-p2.sfv

    I have absolutely *no* idea how to use these damn things.
    Can anyone help?
    I've got Nero - Burning ROM if that's any help.

    The .00x ones are compressed so start by decompressing them with WinRAR (or WinAce, or..)
