HELP WITH RUNNING BIN FILE

    I got eurovox 2 (silver 2006 model),it needs flashing. I found the correct fix for it on BIGMAQ toolbar , but the file is in bin file.
    How do I open this file?

    If you click eamos library under my sig you will find all you need and tutorial under the eurovox link !!
