help with speed

    i cant seem to get my processor running at full speed here are some specs from everest

    Whats your question here? Who/what is telling you that your CPU is not running full speed? More info is needed for us to help you out.

    MY processor is actually a 3200+ but it only shows 3000 and it is only runnin at 2167

    dont expect to actually get your XP 3200+ or XP 3000+ to run at 3Ghz. Those numbers are just AMD's way of letting the consumer know what the equivalent Intel processor speed would be. 2200 Mhz would be the correct speed. Not sure why your 3200 is reporting as a 3000...unless some dishonest individual scammed you and sold you a cheaper processor.

    Looks like you've got a 3000+ with that cpu fsb of 166, if it was a 3200+ it would read cpu fsb 200 .... like the matched rams ;)

    if your processor is actually a 3200 but is only running as a 3000 you may well have the wrong mother board you need one with a 400MHz FSB for a 3200 im guessing u only have a 333MHz since you get this problem

    i shouldnt worry tho really the 3000 runs at 2167 the 3200 is only 2200 anyway
