help with starview box super3

    hi there, just bought meself a starview box super. was told to flash it, so have done, yet when i plug the box into my tv all i get is a black screen. dont know what to do so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    P.S i dont have a com port on my pc so am using a usb adapter to connect the box to my pc - hope that helps

    what did you flash it with?

    used the file GTRom_Super_6.01e

    just tried that file, didnt work at all, still have the same problem, blank screen and on the box it reads 'boot' then switches to 'ld80' then finally comes to 'dl'. have not got a clue as to what to do! =S

    ive done it all up until the 'press' menu part, because I cant even see anything on screen. is that suposed to happen?

    Make sure you have the scart lead connected from the Starvi*w to the TV tightly and your incoming cable plugged into the "Cable Input" socket at the back of the b0x

    i made sure all the cables were plugged in properly, still no difference
