Help with super screen capture please

    Hi when i take a snap shot with super screen capture what do i save it to.There are a few options that are bmp,jpg,png and gif.I want to kno how to put a image on web pages.Any help would be gratefull

    I normally save my images as jpeg's.
    Putting the images on web pages will require the web page having access to the files and you just using syntax to point to the image location.
    You'll need to use the exact format described by the site you are hoping to upload to, as most sites have slight variations in the syntax.
