Well you need to get yourself a dish plus cable a mount plus a motor would be best plus a good patchable receiver. Are you in an apartment of villa do you have grounds and are you restricted to the size of dish you can have. You may be able to get cable in and I think spanish providers are still open. But maybe with a smallish dish you may be able to get showtime arabia that shows loads of english premiership games and an I2 card.

Thanks kegnkiwi, its a villa with average size grounds around it. I have heard of some sort of restrictions on dishes but other villas nearby have but not of a massive size. There is cable in the house but it is just basic. Thanks again.

well you could get a 1m dish and a motor. I looked at the showtime beam this morning and you may be ok with a reasonable dish ie 1m. You have a choice of receivers but one with a cam slot and card slot would be best. You can I2 cards for £29.00 they open showtime but you would also need a programmer there from £14.00 upwards. You could do with asking locally what people are watching without the massive dish. If you have cable but basic you may be able to get a box that opens all the channels. But it depends on the provider and what encryption they use.

Thanks again kegnkiwi. I will ask locally about the dishes and about cable providers in the area, if I get the info about the cable provider and encryption I will be back on to find out about what box will work best. Thanks.

I think satellite is your only option as Spain has been on N3 for some time now so cable box wont work.
