Ok folks. I wouldn't post this here unless I really needed some help. I have tried all that I know how to do with this and am about ready to cry(no not that bad) Ok, I am archiving videotapes of music videos, Mpeg2 4500kbs and I have this problem where the film comes out perfect, except for one or two frames every 15 seconds that look interlaced. It is like a white bars in the lower half of my picture, that just shoot out quickly once every 15 seconds or so. Anybody know what this might be and how to fix it? I have tried playing around with the GOP and Sub GOP settings in windvr and it seemed to make the size of the bars shrink, but I really need some help. Thanks in advance!
Hello, I'm not sure if yours is the same problem like mine which has the little X'tra noise flickering border which comes out at the bottom of the screen. What I did was to trim it off using TMPGEnc by pushing up the lower screen size. Hope it helps.
Yah, I had thought of that but it add like an extra 18 hours for one mpeg2 movie. I like power vcr 2 but it outputs a bad mpeg2 file. Oh, well, i will keep looking for a decent mpeg2 real time ap. thanks
