Hey fellas before I start, I'm not a cheater.

I got my Xbox sent of recently to get modded. But I'd like to see if I can get XBL to work, as I got a 2 month trial. I had XBL before my xbox got modded and it worked fine. But now I can't even create a new account without it saying cannot connect to xbox live. It says the network gateway cannot be reached. Verify the IP addresses match the settings proved by ISP, blah blah blah. But I can FTP fine, aswell as play XBC. So I'm not sure what the problem is. Ohh yeah I have PC to xbox via NIC. WIth ICS installed.

    Xbox
    IP Address:10.190.51.189
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    gateway: 192.168.0.1
    Primary DNS: 194.63.248.1
    Alternative: 217.13.7.140

    Computer
    IP Address: 10.190.51.190
    Subnet MAsk. 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway. (It was originally blank but now is) 192.168.0.1
I have no DNS servers enabled (they're blank)

Like I said I enjoy playing XBL and have no intention of cheating.

I was having that network gateway problem when I was trying to set mine up wirelessly. Make sure all your xbox connections are set to auto. You may need to renew your IP... Make sure your xbox is on and try right clicking on the connection that goes to your xbox and clicking repair. It should renew your ip, then check your settings in your dashboard, make sure nothing is pre-determined, that would cause conflict.
