Hello I was playing my xbox 360 2 weeks ago and suddenly I got 3 red lights on the front panel, I turned it off and used my xbox the next day without a problem, the isue never came back and I have been playing xbox normally. I usually play for 1 to 4 hours but everytime I use my xbox I worry it may show again. Can it happen again? or how can I be sure because playing my xbox is more frightening than playing silnt hill 2, LOL But seriously any of you guys can give me your opinion on what to do? Thanks in advance!
sounds like it over heated. you might have a lot of dust clogging up the heat sinks. open it up and clean it out with compressed air. unless its like 5-6 years old in which case its just designed poorly.
haha actually this xbox is 5 years old, but I havent had the issue until that day, I will clean it out every once in a while to prevent this thanks
