ok i need some help .. i have bin doing softmodding for some time now, i have put in many diffrent drive never ran into a problem intill now , this is my first Maxtor drive i have installed, i have checked the list to see if it works and it does, for some reason the drive didn't mod right when i put it in the xbox i got {06 error) xbox can't unlock the drive.. i put the right eeprom in the folder and now i can't even unlock it at all to remove the fatx partition to start over, i have double check the key and it is the right one, i have tryed manul input and still nothing can someone plz shine some light in this situation.
and i have ran option 3 .. and run unlockhd -a command , and i see the key it uses and its the right one , but the drive still says its locked , i have tryed many things and nothing seems to work. and the master password doesn't work at all anywere, tryed in atapwd and all i get is errors ( rejected by drive ) or something like that... this is wierd i have never ran into probs like this, i know i have the right eeprom i have bunrt twice just to make sure and still nothing
that didn't really help i know all that, thx anyways , but iam saying is that the unlocking method has stop working for me .... i have the eeprom and everything, but for some reason it wont let me unlock it anymore
