Hi all .... I prolly did something pretty dumb ...lol
I have modded my xbox, and have had it running sucessfully for a while. while in the initial load up screen, I was trying to set it up to automatically boot up into the M8 bios. I hit the wrong button and sent it into recovery. I tried to power it off before anything happened, but when I went to start it back up ... nothing. It gives me a series of audible clicks, then starts flashing the 'red ring' around the eject button.
I already have FlashFxp ... so I think I can still acess it to fix what I need to, but I am not sure what I need to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot access the HD on the Xbox without the Bios. (which is what was partially restored). I guess I was just wondering if a bootable bios disc would work under these circumstances.

Short of that ... the only other solution that I can think of is to connect the HD from the Xbox to my PC HD and manually transfer the files. If I do that though, I am not sure on which files to transfer, and where to put them.

well first you can try a boot disk to see if that does anythign and if not make sure your HD is unlocked and then u can transfer it manually to your computer and if u have it hardmodded there should be folders representing the banks. On my HD it is a folder called Admin it lists the different size storage banks try over writing the bios that was pirtaly restored with another new one or a different version!!

Thats bout all i can think of
    sorry for the mess
