In Most cases you will not want to convert Mpeg1 to DVD because the Quality will be just horrorable...If your Mpeg1 files are VCD Compliant then you can put them on DVD without converting them...You can use Tmpgenc DVD author to Put Mpeg1/VCD files on to DVD-R but you have to convert the audio to 48000hz... But if your Mpeg1 files aren"t VCD compliant then you can use a Mpeg encoder like Tmpgenc to Convert the Files to DVD .......
