Hey i think someone had also mentioned the same problem im using FlashFXP and i type in the ip of my xbox the username and password etc... and then when i try access it it says connection failed or somthing and wont connect... im using a crossover cable please help!
I'm no expert, but make sure that your xbox and pc are set to te right ip address and subnet mask. I set my computer's ip to 192.168.1.201,and my xbox to 192.168.1.200. The subnet mask for both should be 255.255.255.0. once that is done turn of your xbox and connect it to your p.c. make sure you have a crossover cable not a regular ethernet cable. Now turn your xbox on. Find a skin that shows your xbox's IP. If it says 192.168.1.200 your ready to ftp. If it says 0.0.0.0 try to reboot your box while connected to your p.c.
