    Here is a email I sent to dvd xcopy xpress..
    where do I get an answer does anyone know?

    We feel your frustration but again we are not 321 Studios I am not
    sure why you keep saying our software because we are not the
    developer.

    They are all in FIJI now. They only thing we do is resell software
    that actually works.

    Since you bought it from 321Studios you may have a chance to get activations. You need to fill out a support ticket.
