HELP!!

    ok. i just got my Xecuter 3 CE and I installed it the right way but I quick press the power button and my xbox turns on and turns off 3 times.. I even checked that i did everything right and i did but it stills does it.. HELP ME PLZ!!!

    and my xbox version is 1.4
