. extract the .avi 2. Open VSO DivxtoDVD 3. Insert the AVI and change aspect to FORCE 29.97 (if in the US) 4. Press Convert 5. When done, open Nero Start Smart and select Burn Video Files 6. Drag Video_TS folder onto left side of screen 7. Burn at 4x or less
