I formated my drive and now my DVD player will not work correctly. Will only read CD's. I have been trying to find firmware for the drive but I keep coming up empty. The drive is a Torisan DRD-U264. Can anyone help? I tried Dell but talking to them anymore is just a waste of time. Dell's website says that if I need to reinstall the drive that I should contact them, but when I do they seem to have no idea what I am talking about. I have searched for firmware and drivers but I just can't seem to find what I need. Thanks
