help??

    hey! i have the same mp3 player and have used one computer to download songs on to the device, however now i'm back at home not using the same computer the device wont work saying a file is not backed. help i need to use it its driving me insane. do i have to wipe all the music off it?

    do you have the same software on the that your are using now that the other one you were using had?

    i have the same software it has its own libary a bit like an ipod. my computer has it but it wont download any music. do u reckon i will have 2 wipe the player then re-install the software and music. i'll lose loads of music though that i dont have anymore. i bought it from amazon so i cant return it anymore either, such a farse.

    dont wipe the player yet, first just try re-installing the software. then see what happens.

    how shall i delete it from my computer? ive tried b4 and it's still there ahh scary

    if you had the program shown on your desktop, did you make sure that you deleted the whole file and not just the shortcut? if not then go into program files and right click to highlight the program and scroll down until you see delete, that should take care of it. or if you have windows xp you could also go "set program access and defaults" in the start menu then go to "change or remove programs" and find the program and delete it from there.
