HELP!!!!!!

I have a softmodded xbox with the Evo X dash and when i try to make a new account it says xbox live cannot be reached and stuff like that, i dont get it, please tell me why and how to fix it

 

i really need help ASAP

 

Alright go to network settings, Find static IP and turn it off

 

and I would uninstall Softmods and install UnleashX its easier than Evo x

 

since no one answered for about 10 mins i went ahead and tried stuff myself... bad idea.. i deleted my MS dash! i dont know how to get it back, i need serious help now..

 

ok ok take it easy... whats the current status of the box?? when you power it on what does it display????

and what softmod istaller does it use???? sid 2 sid 3 ????
