Edit out your serial number before someone pirates it Check here for firmware update http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1920 It is recommended to have a minimum of 512meg Ram to burn DVDs, consider adding a further 256meg These are horrible discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan)
