help!!!!!!!!!!

    i need help putting a avi file that is 702MB on a CD or dvd to watch on my dvd player because i hate watching video on my pc even on my 24" inch monitor. so i tried burning a videoCD using nero express and it looked like it decoded and burned successfully but when i went to play the disk on my sony dvd player only the title screen came on a nothing would happen, any advice..

    Can your player play VideoCD? It is not a dvd format, it is Mpeg1 where DVD is Mpeg2.
    Most people use ConvertXtoDVD to do what you want.

    thanks for the info. i actually got dvd flick and it did it fairly easily, it took a bit but it was done..
