I'm using Nero Showtime 3, and for some reason, while I'm playing my DVD, it keeps skipping, and it's getting worse. Now it keeps freezing up on me, and I don't know why! This has happened before, and the only thing my brother said was that something was "interfering" with the Nero. He pulled up some kind of menu (I don't know how he did or where it is on the computer) and he said "Click this and it should stop doing so many skips." That was a long time ago. How am I supposed to find out what's interfering with Nero? I know nothing about computer files. This has gotten to the point where the disc freezes in the same place and a pop up menu comes up (that's new) and says that the computer is unable to read part of the file. It's gotta be Nero, because when I placed my DVD into my REGULAR DVD player (on my TV) it worked just fine. Can someone please try to help, because my brother doesn't have the time (or the patience). I appreciate any advice. Thank you!
What brand of discs are you using. BTW: Please change the title of your thread as per Forum Rules. is not acceptable
