HELP!!!

    I recently purchased a EUROVOX MAX V BOX - EURO VOX 3 and i had no trouble installing or reordering the channels but some channels have audio description on them and i dont know how to disable this. Any Thoughts?

    Also when the box came there was a factory set pin on it, does anyone know how i can reset this?

    Press the red button and use remote to select alternate audio stream. Master code for the Eurovox is 1004.
