help, just purchased a eurovox max v received all channels on set up but can only get free channels working, all other channels are asking for smart card . do i need to purchase a smart card or is there any other way of sorting this problem out.i am currently with v..gin. merseyside area.

Thats way out of date. You need to flash it with the latest firmware, have a look here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/653745 BTW where did you get it?
scouser, sorry did'nt get back staight away had to go out for couple of hours. anyway downloaded what you said know what.
got box from internet but didn't understand that it was in flash mode so sent it back and they sent it back to me saying they had sorted it out .
