Here goes Lightscribe

I got to this site due to researching a blog for lightscribe however once registering I can't find where I was.

I have questions about lightscribe can anyone suggest where I might go and find out what the deal is with it?
I bought a HP with it or does it have it? I thought it did but found that I needed Nero or one of three softwares that will aid in imprinting the special DVDs. I am getting the NERO software however do I have everything else I need. The DVD write is lightscribe.
Can someone advise me?
