heres a suggestion

i think it would be good to have something at the top of peoples posts so that you can tell if the are online or not

I Agree, that would be the thing to do!

 

But what about the people like me who are logged in all day and all night, and only sign out when they need to restart or somthing??

Yeah if its only a couple of people it wouldnt matter But other wise a pretty good idea

 

i have been to another forum where they had that accept that they didnt have many people so now i use AD and i just liked being able to see if the person you asked/answerd is on to replay to you

 

Yeah. I just dont want to have people thinking im ignoring them, when really im asleep, or away I guess i just log out if they do do it

 

The only problem with that is many of us don't really log off. I get on the forum at work on my PC there and when signed on there my home PC shows logged out but I never actually logged out. Then when I get home and log on there the work PC will show logged out but only because I signed on at home. I actually never log out from either one. Thats the way I have worked it since day one. I would guess many others do the same thing.
