Hey guys PLEASE help! Has to do with regions...

    My uncle has a problem and asked me to ask somewhere on the net about this since both of us have no clue about DVD burning and so on.

    He has a BURNED dvd in mpeg1 format (thats what he said, but could be just normal mpeg, I dont know if that even matters...) and he cant watch it because its european, it wont let him watch it on his DVD, so how can we convert it so it can play his DVD and how complicated is it?

    He could load it into NERO Vision Express and make a DVD with NTSC settings which should then woprk when he plays it on his home player.

    and also drop in dvd shrink to take out region codes!

    and avi2dvd wil do main movie only changes from pal to ntsc
