And I was wondering if there was a way to get saves from the internet onto the card reader using my PC. I was wondering if there were any Drivers for it from a third party person. Any help would be most appreciated.

All you have to do is plug your psp in, go into your game saves on the ps3 and hit triangle -> copy.

No, I mean is there a way to use Game saves from the internet(like Gamefaqs saves) and put them on my PS2 memory card? or do I have to buy one of those Code Breakers/Max Drives for that?

You would either need to buy a ARMAX type disc and still have a PS2, or you need to know someone who has an ARMAX and a PS2 that can convert them for you. The reason you would need a PS2 is because those cheat discs don't boot on PS3 (not 100% sure for codebreaker, but can confirm ARMAX doesn't).
