hey i am plannin on buying thins such as used game system on ebay but have questions on how the item is gonna reach me. so do they like use 1 of those black buses to ship it to me or what. plus do they just leave it outside my door cause i don't want someone 2 just come and jack it and stuff. or do they tell u to go pick it up at some specified place. thx n peace
It all depends on the seller. Some will ship vis USPS, UPS, FedEx, or whatever. Sometimes you must be home and sign to receive an item, sometimes it will be left on your doorstep (for the whole world to see). DISCUSS shipping with your seller BEFORE bidding. Express your concerns. A good seller will answer questions and help you out. Of course you get to pay for "extra" services; ie. Insurance and so forth.
Do you have a ups store nearby? If so have it shipped there, it's like 3 bucks to pick it up. I do it all the time, safe and easy. Good luck, Ian
