Just throwing this out their, but I'd try a registry cleanout. If you dont have a program that can do this I would recommend CCleaner. Run in, if asked to backup files select yes, and fix all the problems.

then after i do a registry cleanout i reinstall itunes and a registry cleanout is on the issues tab oh am so so sorry i double posted sorry!!!
