HHHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPPP PPPPPPPLLLLLLLZZZZZZZZ

i have just bought 3 eurovox boxes, two of them can pick up all 330 channels even tho they are down at the moment because codes,

but apart from that 1 box after i do a power scan i will find 31 transponders but when the box does a autoscan to find channels it only comes up with channel five sometimes if im lucky,

i have already restored factorys settings a few times and trying it again but stil only channel five

Please help is the box 'fubar' and needs to go back or do i need to change any settings?
