hi, lost most of my channels

im on n** dublin ive lost most of my channels , ive reinstalled the box and it tells me that i have 154 channels i go back out and then turn the emu off and exit but i dont get any back could somebody please help me thanks

 

I think you're supposed to turn the emu ON.

 

After you do a factory reset and make sure that the EMU is on turn the box off at the back for a min or two then turn it back on,you should find all your channels back.
