Firstly .. Please remove your email address as its not allowed There is a little notepad icon to the right of your post , click that to edit a message Secondly , Flash means to update the firmware on your b0x , I believe this is a Kryptview and if you go here http://eko.4shared.com/ and look in the Kryptview folder you can download the firmware and loader , plus the instructions on "How To Flash"
