I have an internal HDD that has win7
Another internal HDD for music and such.
And I have a USB external HDD

Does it matter which HDD I install and play my games from? Is there any performance boosts from playing on the HDD with the OS? Or perhaps on the 2nd internal HDD?

Can you list in order which is the fastest choice, and why?

    Thanks guys!

I have played games from either internal HD (the OS drive and my storage drive) without any noticeable differences. Have not played any games via USB connections to a HD, but seems to me that should be "slower" due to the connection type. I would not pick the USB route. Anyone with data otherwise is allowed to update me.
