Hi AfterDawn Nero people! Ok I have been using a copy of Nero on my old / first PC and I have burned probably like 8000 disks using it. I have NEVER had any problems or snags with the thing ever. Expect this morning I was trying to burn files and I got this message after attempting to drag and drop two files " ISO is larger then 2 GB and therefore cannot be stored in a .ISO format Please use the UDF file system to write such large files. This can be done by selecting another compilation type. " I have never seen that before in my life on that copy of Nero and I am sure I burned files as big or bigger then that.. I tried to look at the settings for Nero to find something that resembles " Another Compilation Type " I found a drop down menu called " File System " and the only options where as follows ISO 9660 + JOLIET ISO 9660 only ISO 9660:1999 That were the only options OHhhhh wait a min! Is an .ISO like a "Image " do I have to go " Burn image" or use that program "IMGburn " I am a little confused..... could someone explain to me what's going on? Aaron
Hi Aaron! It *sounds* like your error is due to using a file system that doesnt support files over 2GB in size such as FAT16 (Windows 95). Nero creates a temporary disc image compilation in .ISO format before it burns it onto the disc. You've only ever burn CD not DVDs right? - the file you dropped must have pushed it compilation over 2GB, thus you got that error. Hope this helps even if i not correct.. Regards Nick
