    Are VM any nearer to blocking these boxes and in particular (S_T_A_R_V_I_E_W 2)?


    I have noticed lately that alot of the channels are breaking up...is this due to new cable from VM to transport the digital signals to TV?

    that is due to freq shifting thats all rescan your box and it should be fine
